My story

Re-connection is a theme behind all I offer; a chance to strip away the titles & peel back the layers; to reconnect back to yourself. Nature is my teacher and the moon is my guide; with her I flow through the seasons & rhythms of life with love & kindness. I am here to hold the space for you to reignite your inner fire. Helping you to slow down through meditation, relaxation, yoga, ritual, massage & reiki unveiling the darkness to let your light shine. All of what I offer can be delivered 1:1 or in group settings to encourage connections with like-minded people & communities. With a background in education, hospitality and horticulture my offerings combine all these elements. Everything I offer has been created from having these roots, an inquisitive mind & a healthy lifestyle which embodies all that I promote. I am a fully qualified Yoga Teacher, Sacred Space Holder & Reiki Practitioner.

The ‘I Know nothing’ attitude means I’m always learning; currently studying Level 3 Holistic massage & journeying with Hindi Goddesses, shamanic practices & traditional rituals. If what I offer resonates feel free to get in touch, Abbie x
